This is because of several men, one Mr.David Mapili, a law student from Mount Kenya University Parklands Campus who may be admitted in coming days.

We have obtained credible information that suspected Fraudster David Mapili was charged in court with Sh13 Million fraud just few years after he defrauded a businessman some Sh89 million in fake Laptop tender Saga. The laptop Saga left President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration in shock.
The court heard that the accused person committed on diverse dates between May 4 and November 18 , 2022 at Stanbic bank, two rivers branch within Nairobi County.

He was arraigned before before Milimani Magistrate Lucas Onyina where he alongside his accomplice pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The court heard that they defrauded Gustavo Emilio Escobar, who is the complainant in the case.
In court the accused person through his lawyer pleaded for a lenient bond terms claiming that he was awaiting his examinations and produced an exam timetable and a student identity card in court,
The prosecution objected his release on bond on the ground that he was a flight risk.
The prosecution also told the court that tr accused person lacked a fixed abode.
