The embattled Healthy U2000 Limited Operational Director Hillary Oyando is banking on the company to help him pay for his sexual accusation suit among other deadly offences.
Oyando has been sued alongside the company for demanding sex from a female employee whom he later led to her dismissal.
The case filed at the Labour relations court in Nairobi and which we posses some critical documents shows that , Oyando forcefully demanded for sex in favour of good working environment for the woman.
Ironically the company is yet to act as Oyando is still operating withing its vicinity.
” He is still in the company and other bosses are entertaining him, he has also sexually molested some female employees and that is his norm, ” said a company insider.
Bragging about the suit that will see the company lose millions , Oyando told a close confidant that he will be protected by the management.
” They will pay for that suit, i know them pretty well, you must know that Iam a brand and i will lose that case but money speaks you, we shall pay, ” he said.
On the same note some operatives within the company have been trying to bribe bloggers to bring down the Expose’ articles without success.
” They reached out to me with an offer of Sh50, 000 , i rejected the same and directed to solve their issues with the woman and report back to me, ” said a city famous blogger.
