According to Kenyanmiror , a leading online platform, Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd after going bare to the media and freshly accused KQ pilot Eric Agolla Lugalia of plotting to grab his land worth Sh250M, new details have emerged

Some experts now want the State to investigate him again to ascertain whether his alledged tittle is original.
” The Land in question may be scandalous , we know it long before belonged to a certain foreigner who was later threatened by some cartels and she decided to attempt to sell it off. The state needs to know how quickly Mr. Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd obtained the alledged tittle deed, ” Said Activists James Maina.
Bonface Mwingi, added that it was very early to rule out that Mr. Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd is not a Fraudster.
” If you see the manner this man talked to the alledged interview, he needs to be investigated, we may be crucifying Lugalia but the fraud ball is on Mr.Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd arms,” he said.
Mwingi added that Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd was a corrupt and malicious man who wants Lugalia’s life to turn upside down for a wrong reason.
” If he apologised to him, settle his debt and agreed to have wronged him, why would he again call the media to malice his name, Mr. Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd didn’t do the right thing, he acted in a malicious way,” he added.
In the interview Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd admits that the pilot after realizing that the land had scandals decided to sort the matter out of court despite him wanting him jailed.
Stuart also explained how the land was transferred but experts wants more to be done and the whole process of probing the legit land owner starts afresh.
He says that he filed a civil case against Lugalia at the high court seeking compensation and damages and it was sorted out of court and he was paid.
According to court papers, Agolla had been accused by Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd on unknown date and place in Kenya jointly with others not before court with intent to defraud Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd of a parcel of land situated in Karen along Bogani road measuring 1.970 hectares valued at approximately shilling 250 million made a certificate of title dated August 2,2005 purporting it to be genuine certificate of title issued by the ministry of lands a fact he knew was false.
Agolla had also been accused jointly with others not before court with intent to defraud Cullinan of a parcel of land situated in Karen along Bogan road measuring 1.970 hectares , forged a signature of Peter Mburu Ng’ang’a on a certain document namely certificate of title entry No.4 dated March 17,2015 purporting it to be genuine entry signed by Peter Mburu Ng’ang’a a registrar of titles at Ardhi house in Nairobi.
Prosecution accused the pilot that on unknown date and place jointly with others not before court with intent to defraud Cullinan a parcel of land in Karen , he forged a signature of Jonathan Kipkemboi Toroitich on a sale agreement dated January 15,2015 purporting it to be a genuine transfer documents signed by Toroitich.
He is further charged with forgery if an instrument of transfer of land IR No. 99256 and LR No. 1160/308 dated March 12,2015 purporting it to be genuine transfer document attested by Sonye J. Ondari an advocate of high court.
He denied the wrong doing and was released on Sh300,000 with an alternative cash bail of Sh150,000.
The case was however withdrawn and he was released.
