Pilot Eric Agola Lugalia has been charged with forging documents with an intention of defrauding a mzungu some Sh 250million land.
The court heard that the accused person attempted to defraud Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd a parcel number LR.NO99256LRNO 1160/308( original Number 1160/248/2 situated in Karen along along Bogani road, the land was measuring 1.970hectare of the about Sh2500,000.
He also denied making a certificate of title LE 99256 LR NO 11/308(Original number No 1160/248/2/) dated August 2, 2021 contrary to the law.
He denied the charges and was released in bond.
