“I am asking the court to consider the purpose of Courts .It must balance the scales of justice so that the persecution that the MCA has faced doesn’t continue. We ask this court to take measures against the accused and they they be stopped from further making scandalous remarks on my client.
Want the court to restrain the accused persons from making further publications and commenting on the Jukwa laa siasa Publiclation Facebook page as this trial continues”,he submitted.
